After watching this seven-minute (or so) video, my opinion is that I will never be able to understand what capitalism is about. Since the very moment we are born, people from developed countries have more or less the same goals. First of all, hardworking parents pave the way for their children to have better job prospects. Renowned universities seem to be at the finish line- or at the start line of the racing track if you're thinking in the long run. People are said that the more they study, the more they will be able to get a better post. However, I can tell from experience that you're most likely to have less time for yourself, no matter how much money you earn.
TIME is the big word capitalism sell its followers. EARN a better salary. SAVE TIME to enjoy with your family. BUY this appliance, device or service, it will be timesaving and uncomplicated. OWN a luxurious villa in the countryside or an oasis-like penthouse in the heart of a major city. SHOW OFF your prestige, your importance, the MONEY you have piled up...
Unless you are born with a silver spoon- and raised as a featherbrained person, your will always be aware of your responsibilities to your businesses. So TIME will be a precious companion you won't meet very often.
Governments make decrees and regulatory laws and you won't be your money's owner in the end, so why should we not live with less, squeeze our lives, go greener and barter our spare products?
