Task a) is aimed at using modal verbs and task b) is about using prepositions of place. Task a) can be easily personolised and transformed into speaking activity. Students can work in pairs, make up or remember a problem from their everyday life and give each other pieces of advice using modal verbs. As for task b) students can describe the classroom or their own room and share with their partners.
