That's right - changing the organisation provides variety in a lesson and can help with maintaining interest and motivation. Especially if you have younger learners varying the organisation can be quite helpful, as young kids can have quite short attention spans!

within the learners work in the pairs or groups = I think you want to say: "..where the learners work in groups or pairs".

I like to change the organisation of the class during the lesson. I think it can engage the learners. I often use a simply game on the end of the lesson within the learners work in the pairs or groups. It´s a good activity for last few minutes, when the learners are already tired and they don´t want to learn something new.
