Hello all,
I work with 1st and 2nd graders (aged 6-8 years old) and I use plenty of drills and chants in class. Pupils just love them! So do I! I use drills very often to practise pronunciation, to focus on language structures, etc. I usually make them up, for example, when tidying up, when finishing the lesson...
The chants I use in my lessons are usually taken from the Class Book, but I do add others found on the Internet or in other resource books. I love using chants as a motivating learning tool.
Have a nice week!
