Hi Rosa, you mean bad manners? Education in English refers to schooling. If somebody is uneducated it means they didn't go to school. Can you give us an example of these bad manners?
See you,

In and out of fashion

I am not going to talk about whether clothes or hairstyles are in or out. Honestly, I do not care that much how people dress or if they have tattoos or whatever.

What I would like to propose is to think a little about the social behaviour. I am very sorry to say that where I live bad education seems to be in fashion, while good education seems to be a value that is no longer in.

Unfortunately it can be seen in the streets, in public transport, everywhere. Maybe in small towns things are different, I hope so, but in the Barcelona area the bad education is growing alarmingly. I think we should worry about this.
