1. In my opinion, all factors are important in causing mixed ability group students. If to put them from the most important, for me, the first two are students` aptitudes and motivation, then their learning style and attitude, previous exposure and personality.
3. I agree that every group is a mixed-ability group and it`s difficult, to solve that kind of problem can help correct usage of teacher`s methodology.
4. With the disadvantages of having students of different levels and abilities in the same class there are some advantages too. E.g. If you put to work in pairs or in a group strong and weak students together, they can help each other. When weaker students are in the same class with stronger students they try to work, to know, to learn more and more, and hard.
