1. What Factors do you consider important in causing mixed ability?

2. Mixed abilities is usually considered to be a problem. But is it?
In my opinion, it's very difficult to work and determine some activities to my students, because I have 46 students in each group, but there´s common in public high schools even thoung I look up and use different strategies to involve all the students in the class.
