1.- Daniz style is more like mine I usually pick the aims o each lesson. Next I have some routines for children. Every class has a rhythm and order to increase the English level and to link it with the follow class. This practice gives to students an opportunity to have a flow and coherence

2. My qualities order
Number one Relevance because it's the way how to bring the student´s attention and interest. Next logic because it's what it´s going to give to the student an order to understand and analyze language function which is going to give cohesion and flow. Then Variety gives the opportunity of changing topics and avoid that students get bored

3. When I plan a lesson :
I plan one lesson at a time, start with the aims and sometimes I use the coursebook Then I start with a general idea of what will "fit" I give examples or ask for a general idea about the topic and ask students to write on the board

4. My advice is

The teacher should think and analyze, what do the students need to learn at the end of the class, unit or scholar year?. Then have an outline and prepared a reissue if the teacher finds unexpected needs. Also to include an outline of resources, aims, and objectives.
