I really like to make some dictation to my students I try to do it clearly and slowly, some times I play with them and make it like a competition.
most of the time I play songs to my students they usually ask for the title and ask for the meaning, and then they do all the job, they look for the song at home, find out the lyric and they learn it an improve their speaking at the same time
Also I like to play some short videos to my students they love it, and if its too difficult for them I explain it later
