How have you used email and the Internet to help you in your teaching? For example, have you ever used materials from the Internet in your classes? Do you use email to communicate with your students? Do you belong to any kind of teaching forum?
I use e mail to share activities with teachers who work in the morning time . I download activities from islcollective.com or busyteacher.org those websites have several exercises and examples for every topic I need.I don't use email to communicate with my students because it´s very personal
