Sleeping tips.

We live a fast life, rushing to school or work or both! When we finally arrive at home and we go to bed, bang! you can´t sleep at all,why?
Well, here are some tips so you may sleep like a log:
1) Try to relax. Sometimes a hot shower and wearing piyamas work perfectly well after a long tiring day.
2) Have a light reasonable dish at night. If you eat a heavy dinner your body will feel uncomfortable and it will take longer to sleep .
3) Grandma´s advice of having a hot drink (milk or tea) prepares the body for a tranquil night.
4) Do not watch very violent or impressive tv programmes before going to bed. They will produce more adrenaline in you brain, which will keep you awake and ready for action,instead of serotonin that will relax you for a good rest.
5) A final alternative is to listen to music at low-medium level, better if it is calm and enjoyable and not loud and strident.
