A healthy diet? What a problem!

Nowadays we have on hand a lot of information about everything, but what's extremely difficult is to separate the grain from the straw, that's to say to find out which information is actually reliable.
When we read the results of a research saying, for instance, that drinking four cups of coffe every day is good for our health, for sure tha we'll be able to find easily some other studies that have reached a completely opposed results. To make things even more difficult to the consumers, some inferences about certain kind of food that were taken as facts some years ago, nowadays have been proved to be uncertain or even false. Olive oil is a clear example of that point.
In my opinion, what we have to do about food, is to eat all kind of food but in small quantity. That's the best.
