There's some kind of food that we all know isn't healthy, and it's basically the fast foos, but there's some food that had have a change in medical knoledge, and it's not as healthy as we thought, or on the other hand, food that we all think it's bad and isn't as bad as we were taught.
An easy example of this could be the smoothies, there's a new fashion about all kind of smoothie, but what I didn´t really know, it's that they are nor as ealthy as the look. This is because que have a lot of sugar, what isn't good for health, also the combination with ice cream, milk or heavy cream make them totally unhealthy ba¿ecause of the mix beteween the fruits and this products, because if we do this, it's you a super milkshake without any nutrional power, so try to not mix a lot of fruits and it's better if you do it in water instead of milk and finally do not add sugar.
Hope it can help us, to find a better drinks for us.
