About this topic, I have read some pages, here there are some advices for the couples:
a. Tell the sentiments, it´s not good hide the feels, some people not show it them feel, after time they explot.
b. Share time together, doing activities that both like.
c. Receive advises to friends or familiers when start a fight with a couple, to get ideas how resolve the problems.
d. Remember the couple´s good aspects, when both are angry, is important see the good features, the good is more than the bad aspects of the other person.
e. Listen couple´s point of view, understand to couple is the first step to looking for a way to resolve the problems.
