I agree with you.

If someone takes a photo in a normal situation, for example a couple takes a photo and I accidentally appear in that photo, there is no problem with it. If they don´t use that photo for anything else, I am agree with that.

The problem is when someone intentionally takes you a photo with a purpose, personal, sexual..whatever. In that moment someone has violated your privacy. In Internet that happens all the time. And there is still not a strong regulation to end with that harmful practice.

If someone posted a photo of me on a Web site I guess I would call the police or trying to contact someone from human rights but in Mexico I don't think they would do something about it. Also depends of what kind of photo has been displayed, I mean if it's a great one of me winning a trophy or a selfie of me and Jennifer Anniston I wouldn't be mad at all but if it's a nasty one of course I would rather to report the Web site right away!
