Good point Daniel - in fact we are constantly posting pictures of our friends and family without asking! Sometimes people post pictures of me that I don't like, but I don't protest normally, because then you offend the person who posted etc. etc. :) It's quite complicated.

What do you think about pictures uploaded on Facebook. Don't u think people give the rights up of photos when posted them?

I don't think is right to display found pictures without permission os their owners, because I would feel invaded in my privacy if I were in the case.
But I don't think every case is the same, and we´d have to see what the circumstances are. Some photos are old and people pictured is no longer among us to ask for permission, others are rejected by those who did it ( if they didn´t want other people to have them, they should have destroyed the pictures), other photos were taken to be shown in public so everyone can get them and make them public…
