I wouldn't like that a photo of me was displayed on a Web site or by any other means without my permission. I don't even like to post photos of me or my family on FB. Moreover, I'm surprised that privacy is not a value to many people in all over the world.
I do believe that personal data including photos has to be protected from disclosure of other either individuals or businesses. For that purpose we have the general data protection regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens.
