I agree with you.
If someone takes a photo in a normal situation, for example a couple takes a photo and I accidentally appear in that photo, there is no problem with it. If they don´t use that photo for anything else, I am agree with that.
The problem is when someone intentionally takes you a photo with a purpose, personal, sexual..whatever. In that moment someone has violated your privacy. In Internet that happens all the time. And there is still not a strong regulation to end with that harmful practice.
