Laughter Therapy

I think that the advice that is suggested in the text can be useful but it depends on the person and if they al willing to do them because they might be out of their comfort zone.
As an advice I would tell people that laughter is neccesary for us to feel better, it is like when people say that you should cry your eyes out to let go of those negative things that are affecting you.

"Laughter at home"
1.- Watch a stand up on t.v.
2.- Tell a joke to a friend on the phone.
3.- Prank someone at home (Dont go to crazy)
