My worst shopping experiences was at the last summer sales when I went one Saturdaty to the Castelguelfo Outlet with my wife to buy a new dress. Fist of all there were a lot of people in my favourite shop and was impossible to receive attention from the assitants. When I found an interesting dress I asked for the final price to che cheockout cashier and she told me that the computer system wasn't working very well. Meantime I decided to tried the dress, but it didn't suit me well. At the end I got out from the shop without buy anithing and my wife asked me for my personl sunglasses. I realised leaving the sunglasses in the dressing room beacause of the crowd and when I come back to the shop I didn't find them. I certainly don’t recommend to do shopping during the summer crowded days.
