My worst shopping experience occurred last year, when I was buying some books at a shop I was never been and, I could´t find an specific book, so one of the employees offered me to go and check the warehouse. He said the book was there for sure and he wouldn´t take so long. Therefore, I stayed there, waiting for an hour. I got really angry and, when I was leaving the shop, I saw him laughing loudly with another employee.
