Mmm, not a good story. Post-sale customer service is an important part of running a business, you can't just wash your hands of any problems that come up. No? I'm sure you never went to that shop again!

Hi!

One of my worst shopping experiences that I can remember was when I bought a CD of one of my favourite bands in a record store. I went to Barcelona to buy it. But, to my surprise, when I returned to my home in Sant Boi, and I opened the case, I found out that it was broken. The next day I went to take it back, but the shop assistant didn't let me change it for another one! I felt very angry because I had been waiting for this album for a very long time :(
