I think Mr Shaocott's policy is not a good idea since all the workers should get along. This policy, creates differences between New-Zealand born workers and non-New Zealand- born workers. However, it does not matter where workers come from, what matters is that we should all have the same trate and conditions.

In my opinion, Mr. Shapcott's language policy contributes to some extent to create a ghetto among foreigner people and not only is this no reasonable but also it is not suitable. What do we need to do is to connect and mix people from different cultures which is more rewarding than separating them.
