Exactly, I totally agree Lucia. Language changes with time, also language depends on context. So the language we use when we send a Wahtsapp is ging to be different from the language we use when we write a business letter or a thesis! Your English is very good, just one suggestion:
it could happen to a dynamic and modern language= You are describing a normal phenomenon, so you need present simple: This is what happens to a dynamic modern language.
we're the responsible of this beautiful tool= Responsible in English is an adjective: We are responsible for this beautiful tool...
to get each other understand.= That enables us to understand eachother.

It is true, that in the era of the new technologies we write everywhere - by standing in the underground or waiting for the bus - and everything we have or want to transmit in no time! Therefore people's grammar is getting worse. But this fact is not a reason to get upset or to complain about the deterioration of languages, because this is just the best thing, it could happen to a dynamic and modern language. By using the languages people create and develop them. Languages change as well as people`s environment do. We have to be flexible and open-minded with the development of languages, because we're the responsible of this beautiful tool that enable us to get each other understand.
