Hello,
I recognize that I was surprised about the fact that all languages are spoken at the same speed.
Native english speakers seem to speak very quickly and even more if they are from the USA. Of course every speed seems to much quick for me as I am not as fluent as them, but I do not have the same idea from native portuguese speakers, o italians.
I was surprised too about the grammar, because I really thought that some languages like Polynesian had no grammar.
Of course if I think about it, I realize that even a basic grammar is a grammar, and all languages must have some basic rule to put every word in the same place in order to be clearly understood.
