I think the best answer to the problem is to "Change your work habits and give your daughter the attention she demands"
Having a child is not an easy thing, but parents must be responsible for them specially in the first year. Babies know it all, they feel all the bad ways of their parents and they learn to act like they do. So changing habits is important to baby's development and they need a lot of attention and love.
