Hi!
I found on the internet a website called "Parenting" (the -censured- is parenting DOT COM). In this website you can find a lot of information about how to raise a child. The page is divided into different thematical sections: fertility, pregnancy, baby names, family time... One of the main parts of the site is called "Food". Inside of this section we can find one thread with the title "Picky Eaters".
And the question is... What is a picky eater? A picky eater is someone who is very fussy about food. This person loves to eat some meals, but not most of the others. This behaviour is very typical of a higher percentage of the children. In this site, we can read a lot of articles giving advice to reconduct this behaviour problem. I found it very interesting, because in my environment I know a lot of problematic cases.
One of the most interesting articles is "Turning Picky Eaters into Foodies". In this text we can find some rules about introducing new foodstuff, vegan diet, new cooking skills... All with the aim of getting children to have a more balanced nutrition.
