I am going to give you some piece of advice:
.- You should keep the same routines at bedtime, you mustn´t change even though your baby cries .At first is harder but if you maintain the same behaviour you will get it.
.- Yes, it is a good idea to talk to a counselor. Don´t worry because most of the time it´s getting used to the same routines going to the toilet before you put them to bedand while the baby is sleeping.
.-I would recommend to complete his meal with a bottle of milk. In this way, you will notice if he is eating enough solid meal.
.- If I were you, I would stay a little time as possible in the store.
.- I would suggest going to a conselor mostly if the behaviour is repeated. Hovewer, I would try ,that your son or daughter, look into your eyes when we are speaking or listening and him or her, doesno´t have any toy pay you attenction
