I have not any idea about it , but I think it’s like a AAT ( animal – assisted therapy) or pet-therapy. It is an alternative type of therapy that involves animals as a form of treatment. I belive in it. I think the dolphins improved emotional or cognitive Nikki’s funtions. Personally I have not been saw or seen any of this kind of story. I don’t know if Nikki’s mother worked or She just have that money. Of course I would also like to have them, maybe somthing more!
