I live in a flat, near the river, in the district of Martutene; San Sebastian. It isn't a very big flat, it has a two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one toilet; but for my is perfect, because I live alone here, so I have the whole flat for me. The only problem is that there is in the first floor and you can hear the cars or people speaking as they where inside the flat.

That type of building is really typical around me, because the price of the land is really high and its really difficult to have enough money to buy a house.

I like live here because you have a green areas near you and you can walk around the river alone. Also because the district is as a town and we meet all of us. Maybe, at the same time this one is a good and a bad reason. And I don't like to much the place because is far of the city center and normally I meet with my friends there and I need to take the bus to arrive there and more or less it takes half an hour to get there.

So, I would like to change and live closer to the center, but nowadays It is impossible because of the high price of the flats there, so I need to work a lot or wait to win the lottery...
