Hi, Gerard.

May name is Fabiana and I live in Uruguay, South América.

I live 20 km away from the Capital City, very near the beach. I´m renting a House nowaday because I´m experiencing living with my partner so we searched a House near of our jobs and the most significant aspect to us at the moment to choose it was how safe was it. So this House in in a condominum of cottage House, most of them with two floors. It´s not so Big as i would but it´s bright and sunny. It has a small Garden full of plants and a small kitchen and bathroom. In my future House surely i would like to has a bigger kitchen and bathroom because i spend lot of time there.
My bedroom is Big and spacious. The living room has Beautiful furniture because we dedicated much time decorating it.
I love my House because it is safe and calm.
I would like to know more about you and your House. The description of your building is awesome!
So, I hope you enjoy my description. Best, Fabi

ABOUT MY HOUSEW

Where do you live?
I live in a house in Sant Quirze del Vallès

Is this a typical type of building in your city or country?
Although most of the population lives in buildings not very tall (up to four floors maximum); but it'i true that in the village there are many single-family houses in different urban areas.
The house where I live in is in a neighborhood of unmarried houses within the village center in no urbanization

What type of building do you live in?
I live in a house built in the 70s, at the four winds. This is very similar to that age : with an hugue balcony that leads to the main street, two chimneys, a roof, low, plant and leafy, and a little garden of almost 100 m2

Do you like living there? Why? Why not?
Yes, it's very nice.
Because I can walk everywhere in 10 minutes; you don't have to take the car. The train station is 5 minutes away and the bus stop to Sabadell is even closer. The neighborhood is t otally calm and solemn.

Have you change anything since you've leaved there, or are you panning to chage anything?
I've leaved there almost twenty years ago; I don't knou any other situation; so I wouldn't like to go out of there, I'm very satisfied with this.
