What sort of houses do people live in, in Tibet?
Most Tibetans live in houses built with natural elements. They are, generally, built on the slopes of the mountains. The entire house is stuccoed in white with the exception of doors, windows, and columns, which are decorated in bright colors such as red, blue, and yellow. Its wood is richly carved in complex patterns influenced by Buddhist architecture and abundant and flowered pots accompany the window.
What are houses like in Jamaica?
The most common type was a circular plant called Bohío, built with wooden posts that buried in the ground and reeds supported by vines with palm or straw roofs, leaving a vent on top, covered by a support, for the exit of hot air and smoke from the embers that were inside the houses. Other houses called Caney had a rectangular shape and were more spacious with gable roofs or four waters, a large slope.
Some people in Australia do build houses out of mud. Why? What do the houses look like?
They are wooden and elevated. No constructions of brick, wood is what is brought here in Australia. Most are houses with an elevation of the ground, I do not know if it is because of the animals, because of the rains or because it is tradition. They are not mud.
Where is Redcliffe? What is it like?
Redcliffe, in this case is located in Queensland, Australia. And I do not know what it looks like!
Are there places in the world where people still live in caves?
In Coober Pedy, Australia, its nearly 3,500 inhabitants live below the earth. Although at first glance it looks like a desert town, but below it there is a lot of life. The reason for this is the extreme weather both during the day (very hot) and at night (the temperatures drop a lot)
