Doping in the sports

Professional sports are not healthy. tennis elbow in tennis, knee injurys in football, hearts injurys in Sports of strength, etc... There are a lot of examples in which the medicine or treatments that you need to cure the injurys are considered doping.
I remember a case in which a cyclist was bitten by a wasp near of his eye and the correct treatment was an injection of steroids. The cyclist warned the commissioners that he need that injection for his security but the answer was the if he was going to take the steroids he will be banned from the competition. As results of the commissioners answer he had to leave the competition.
The line betwen doping and heald is very narrow, and, in my opinion the firs step to stop the doping has to be a clear definition about what is and what is not doping.
Very difficult decision.
Good luck,
