First should answer a question : Wining matters ?
The politically correct answer is no. All the people say not.
But clubs and countries need athletes , players, ciclysts´..., that winning maximum of competitions for the glory of your clubs or countries.
Then, the limits of the body have to push to get these wins.
You should go to the limit to improve perfomance either perfecting the workourts or taking drugs.
I think don't should legalise doping in sport because the human condition is the one, and to overcome barriers cannot be cheating.
For my the athletes who take drugs are at the same time cheats and victims.
