Parkour is a sport focused on the individual's motor ability, developed from the natural method. Practitioners are called traceurs and aim to move from one point to another in an environment in the simplest and most efficient way possible, basically jumping. Furthermore, it can be considered a form of expression in terms of freedom, contact with all external elements of the city.
Parkour is practiced both individually and collectively in any environment, not exclusively in urban spaces. Each practitioner decides to what extent to get involved in their training and how to approach it. Its practice involves adapting to the environment to overcome the different obstacles present in a journey.
