I agree all that you have told before. Experience and qualifications are very important and they are the first path you have to walk if you want to apply for a job. This can be gathered from your CV before you get an interview and you have to be clear and trustable and focussed to the position when you fill your application form. Secondly, appearance is very important, you have to be dressed and be as polite as for this job is expected. You have to transmit the proper image for the job you want apply. So "love at the first sight" usually works when you meet a person. So get whole information you can, before the meeting and even before to send the application form. When you meet your interviewer, has to imagine you working in this job. Although these, in my opinion the most important thing, the point that marks the difference compared with others is your personality. Your personal skills, your character and your psychological tools makes each person unique and different.
