in a job interview , in my opinion, the main qualitie that impress big cheese are appearence and resumee.
as first, clothes, smile ,good looking and self control could mean a probably good person.
Resumee involves your studies and aexperience , while they could be far from new job's target.

i had many job interview, all different but the only element required was the decision to undertake another job with all the stubbornness available

In a job interview, in my opinion,the quality that most impress an interviewer are:
first apparence because if you have a good look, a good smile, a great power, an aesthetic care, the interviewer will like you more and him will appreciate you more and him will be very curious to know with whom he is speaking;
second self-control, decision, firmness which are the qualities that a manager looks for in his staff who must manage the problems of the company;
and the latest work experience and qualifications because without it a worker cannot improve the organization's skills
