Sure, I have had to have job interviews, in every work you have to pass interviews to access on the job, unless to be political, but it maybe could be another conversation topic. It's a weird situation, because it's like a lottery ticket, or a casting for a movie, you have to be the profile that the interviewer is looking for, and also you have to be yourself and with the time running against you, because usually the job's interviews have a delimited period of time.
