I remember two years ago my flat was flood because a hand wash broke down when I was working in my office, this was terrible! I arrived to the flat five hours later, the rug was very wet and I had to take out the water with pail, with my wife were slept in the floor for two weeks, until the rug dried. Our neighbour was very angry with me because the water damage the armchair, and the nightstand, the reparations was expensive, fortunately we have a home -censured-, it helped me with the costs. Since that day I close the faucets before leave to home.
