Yes, I have planned to start my english course by end of March, just after finishing and present to the customers a large project started one year ago. Coronavirus send me at home to confinement and I lost my project and my bonus for that. Due to the COVID I have to rebuild the project and try again to convince my clients and if I can I will recover my bonus or part of it, atleast.

Yes Roberto, a treadmill or an exercise bicycle would be good alernatives. The problem is they take up a lot of space... I walk up and down the stairs in my building for exercise, that works too! :)

I also like to go running but now we can't do it sadly.
Maybe the best thing to do is to train with a tapis-roulant or a spinning bike

Hello!

I must write about my last week. I really love practice sports, but with the medical alarm situation, we can´t go out. So, I was jumping at home but, I ruined my leg, I couldn´t walk during the week. Now, I can´t jump. Then, I had decided to buy a treadmill (the last in the online shop), but I have received it yesterday... The machine has arrived with a hit and broken down. True story.
