I don’t give up to the small pleasures = I don't give up the small pleasures...
that let me to avoid credit facilities= ..that lets me avoid asking for credit.

Excepting the extra money by selling paintings – or anything else demanding artistic qualities - my case is really similar. I try not to waste money too but I don’t give up to the small pleasures of life.
Then, my saving capacity is really poor but with some efforts I’ve get a little amount for emergencies that let me to avoid credit facilities.
