Hello Carme! It is a difficult problem to solve because your children are adults now . You can try to give them small tasks to do and if they feel good you can give them other major tasks . I think they should start by ordering and clean their rooms and things .

Hi Carme, yes that's a classic problem - I don't know what the solution is. Really they are old enough to know that they should help you. Maybe you could go on strike? Don't clean, cook or shop and see what happens? :) Does anybody else have any good ideas?

My problem is at home. It's not a big problem but It make me feel so tired. I live with my son and my daughter. They are 20 and 24 years old. They study and work like me but they never do the housework. I have to do it by myself and I don't know the way to make them understand that I need help. It's a hard fight.
What should I do?
