1.No,me nor anyone i know,have never suffered from RSI or SAD.
2.Yes,I make sure i sit and type correctly when i use a computer or a typewriter.
Yes my neck and back usually hurts from using computer for a long period of time.
3.My suggestions are that 1st try not to bend your wrist as much as possible.2nd Sit straight.3rd Make sure to take small break during using computer to let the body rest. 4th Don't use computer for a very long time.5th Sit properly
4. Yes I think the exercise described in READING are very useful and effective
5.Yes i do.First exercise is I bend my head to the left and to the right.Second is I relax my back then straighten is as hard and as far as possible.
