1) no, I don't know anyone who has suffered it

2) I try to sit as well as possible, I never had pain.

3) -seat straight
-do not spend much time with the pc
-stretch your muscles
-not stress
-exercise

4) Yes, they are

5) Yoga and running. I prefer running because it de-stresses enough
