I don't think young people waste more time than old people. Young people were most likely studying at their time an age, while old people should be enjoying their retirement. While old people is right to be enjoying the rest of their life during retirement, that is still a waste of time in terms of working labor. Young people are preparing themselves for entering society, if they need some times to rest or relax during the study, they should be allowed to do so, and it sure is not a waste of time.
