I dont think that men waste more time tan women...for example:
Women we need more time to do many things, to go shopping, to put our make up, while we are talking by phone, to have a shower. Mens they dont need much time, they take advantage the time... then they dont waste more time.

About old people compared with Young people, they need more time to do everything...then the waste more time tan Young people.
