There are many languages deasapeared, one of the reasons i think is the new technologies that submit the languge with abreviattions and simple constructions that affect the writting and speaking , in fact we live in a quick world an we can't spending time in our comunication chanel.

Nowadays foreign languages are very important in the school, at work for relations. we are conected for the new technologies and have to be included in this way of life if we dont want to be out of the market. English is the most important but we don't have to forget chinese language because of the power and competitive asiatic people.

Hi Agus, definitely Spanish would be a useful language to include, because it is spoken by so many people. Also it's a bit easier to learn to read and write than Chinese.. I imagine:)
One thing:
Spanish, after chinese and English, is the languages that speak more people in the world.= .. is the language that is spoken by most peole in the world.

I think that Spanish could be included, like English, in another countries as a subject at school, because there are millions of people that speak Spanish in the world. Spanish, after chinese and English, is the languages that speak more people in the world.

I live in Catalonia. Here we have two official languages, Spanish and Catalan. Many years ago, Catalan was forbidden because of the Franco's dictatorship. But now, in democracy, it's growing again because the Catalonia's Government is doing a big effort to preserve the language. However, nowadays, everybody in Catalonia speaks Spanish but not Catalan yet.

I think that Latin would be a good second language for Latin countries because we would understand the origin of our language.

In the hand, I think Esperanto is not a good choice because it was designed to be a universal language but English is taking this target.
