This is an amazing story.
A rancher 23 who lives near Mission S.D. raising cattle and sheep with not much money in a mobile home. His family went to help by his community where they sold scrap metal and he did odd jobs. He bought a ticket picking the number of relatives' birthdays during a trip to Winner Livestock Feed when this his life changed and now he tries to repay the help that they received. Sharon Ulmer manager of Ampride convenience store thinks the money definitely went to a good place and good home. Today he is the owner of the $3552 in property. He plans to give some of the windfall to charity.
