I've always wondered why some people find it so difficult to make a success out of their business no matter how many hours, enthusiasm and motivation they put into it. And at the same time the fact that some others reach the summit and what is more difficult can manage to continue up there along the years, has always been food for thought to me. In this post I would like to focus mainly on some of the various traits I consider of great importance if you want to become a number 1 entrepreneur.
First of all I firmly believe that not everyone is cut out for running a business. What is more, I would say it is a matter of having the right personality traits, and at the same time a number of factors playing on your side. But let us have a look at the main character or personality traits and basic requirements one should count with.
I guess these will be only a minor part of the whole set, but it is something to start with.
-Being commitment
-Having self-motivation
-Being persistent
-Being financially responsible
-Being ambitious
-Having a supportive family and friends
- Being a good leader.
-Having organisation skills
-knowing who to weather the storm, when the moment arrives.
And of course: one should be willing to sacrify most of their free time to devote it to the proyect to be carried out.
Having said all this, I do no think I would ever want to become anything but a simple employee. What do you think?
