Regarding the first statement, I quite disagree. Listening a song and repeating several times it is one of the easiest ways of learning. However, depending on the age and country sometimes children might feel shy and embarrased.
As for the second statement, I fully agree. Although it is not always easy to follow up a lesson structure, it is highly recommended to stick to a particular lesson plan by including noisy and quiet activities in order to strike their attention.
I agree with the thirth statement. Students will always feel strongly motivated since not all the children have the same motor skills.
